Jesus our Lord, has commanded all of His followers to preach or share the Gospel with the world. The reason why He commanded this is because He desires that ALL people are saved. Everyone will not choose to repent and follow Jesus. It's important that we do not be selfish or rob people of their opportunity to come to Christ because we were silent and didn't share with others about our Lord.
If we love God with ALL/100% of our heart, we will tell people about Jesus. If we love our neighbor as we love ourselves we will tell them about our Lord.
Evangelizing can be as simple as inviting someone to your church, or sharing your testimony with others.
