Thank you for becoming a board member in our organization. We appreciate your heart to serve God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, in helping to spread the Gospel worldwide through this Christian Sports Television Series. Please take your time to fill out the information below.

Duties of Board Members

*Playmakers In The Faith Board Members are encouraged to:
 pray,
promote,
and financially support the production of the Christian Sports Television Series.

*Prayer is very important and we ask Board Members to pray for the Christian Sports Television Series. Luke 18:1

*Board Members are encouraged to promote the T.V series on various social media outlets, family, friends, and church to help spread the word about the T.V Series.

*Board Members can give monthly or annually, whatsoever the Lord places on their heart to give financially. Board members can give anywhere from $1 and up. (Please do not feel pressured in any way.)

*Board Members will have full access to scripts for each episode and updates on the progress of the Christian Sports T.V Series. Board members are also encouraged to give ideas and if possible write a script for episodes, acting in motion capture, or voice overs.  

*Attend Board Meetings via Zoom, when available.

Confidentiality Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that as a Board Director or Board Member for Playmakers In The Faith Organization, I shall have access to confidential information concerning the Playmakers In The Faith Organization, including but not limited to board discussions and initiatives; information on Playmakers In The Faith Organization clients, employees, donors, contracts, investments, and vendors; and legal, financial, and other proprietary information about the organization.
I agree that I will not at any time—during my tenure on the Board or in the years following that tenure--divulge any such confidential information, nor transfer any such confidential information to any third party, nor use any such confidential information for my own purpose or for any purpose other than in connection with my authorized role as a Board Director or Board Member of Playmakers In The Faith organization, unless such disclosure shall have been approved in writing in advance by Playmakers In The Faith Organization.
I understand that for purposes of this agreement “confidential information” shall not include information that I can establish was (i) in my possession as of this date, or (ii) was generally available to the public at the time of the disclosure.
I agree that upon completion of my participation as a Board Director or Board Member of Playmakers In The Faith Organization I will return to Playmakers In The Faith Organization all confidential information on the organization in my possession or under my control.

* If you decide to support monthly and need to make changes later, you can by going to your account to increase or decrease your amount of giving.
